The Campbell Memorial High School Alumni Association will hold its September
meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at 7 p.m. in the Campbell Memorial High School
cafeteria.
All alumni are invited to attend. Please use the Sanderson Avenue parking lot,
enter the gate behind the football stadium and then enter the rear of the
building to get to the cafeteria.
Business on the agenda will include committee reports on the fall Homecoming
Game Alumni Reunion and Tailgate Party Friday, Sept 28, the Scholarship Banquet
set for Nov. 17, the Association's by-laws, website development and business and
other topics.
In addition at the meeting, the Association will unveil its Alma Mater Plaque
which will be presented to Memorial High on Friday, Sept. 28, during halftime of
the Memorial High football team's homecoming game against Howland. The plaque
honors the composers of the Campbell Memorial High School Alma Mater---Raymond
Spagnola and Josephine (Grohovsky) Parise--who collaborated on the project in
1947.
